Get rid of pain and regain full mobility
Spine, temporomandibular joint, and peripheral joint physiotherapy in Wrocław. Over 10 years of experience, certified Maitland manual therapy. Feel relief often after the first visit.

You don't have to live with pain
Back pain? Clicking jaw? Recovering from surgery? I help patients restore mobility and return to active life. See if your issue is listed:
Spinal pain & disc herniations
Lumbar, cervical, thoracic — I treat the cause, not just the symptom. Disc herniations, sciatica, protrusions — comprehensive manual therapy and rehabilitation.
Jaw pain & bruxism
Clenching teeth? Jaw clicking when eating? Together with orthodontists and surgeons, I eliminate the cause of pain so you can eat and speak without discomfort.
Post-surgical rehabilitation
After orthopedic or orthognathic surgery — I will safely help you regain full mobility and return to daily activities.
Sports injuries
Sprains, dislocations, ligament and tendon damage — experience with competitive athletes.
Headaches & migraines
Tension headaches often start in the neck or jaw dysfunction. I eliminate the source.
Posture & desk pain
Stiff neck, aching shoulders, and poor computer posture — I will help you get rid of tension and teach you how to care for your body.
Tinnitus & dizziness
Experiencing tinnitus, ear ringing, or dizziness? The cause may be dysfunction of the cervical spine joints or temporomandibular joints, as well as soft tissue tension in this area. I will help you find the source of the problem and restore your comfort.
MSc Aneta Kołoszyńska
I am a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in dental physiotherapy, orthopedic physiotherapy, manual therapy, and medical training.
I work with patients suffering from back pain and spinal problems (such as disc herniations), as well as post-surgical patients and those with injuries across the entire musculoskeletal system.
Years of working with competitive athletes have allowed me to refine my skills in rehabilitating peripheral joint injuries — sprains, dislocations, ligament and tendon damage.
In collaboration with surgeons, orthodontists, and prosthodontists, I treat patients with temporomandibular joint disorders — pain, crepitus, joint dysfunction, preparation and rehabilitation after orthognathic surgeries, and bite deprogramming.
As a functional training instructor, I conduct medical training tailored to specific needs and dysfunctions.
Graduate of the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław, specializing in orthopedic and sports trauma physiotherapy.

From pain to relief — feel the difference
Untangling the knot
I search for the true cause of pain. A thorough interview and functional assessment help me understand where the problem comes from.
Releasing the tension
Precise manual therapy — Maitland, FDM, chiropractic — restores movement, loosens tissues, and reduces pain. You feel your body regenerating.
You regain control
You leave with a clear plan: personalized home exercises and specific recommendations. Pain doesn't return because you know what to do.
The duration of the visit depends on the type of consultation and the chosen form of therapy. A visit usually takes approx. 30 - 45 mins. If you have them, please bring your previous diagnostic test results (e.g. MRI, X-ray, or ultrasound) to the first visit.
Don't wait for the pain to get worse — the sooner you start, the sooner you'll feel relief.
